Raw material origin :
We have at one's disposal a quarry in the Grande-Comore island used in the past for crushing and unworked since 13 years. This site is located at 10 minutes from Moroni, the archipelago capital, national road 1, on the way on the airport.
It's a 20-hectare quarry of volcanic rock answering to our request in raw material and with a 300.000 tons a year extracting capacity. Its extracting reserve is estimated at minimum 20 years.
This mineral deposit proves to be powerful, with a high quality and not too much abrasive (Los Angeles coefficient between 15 and 28 and silicon rate level lower than 60%).
